Meet Our Team

Hi, I’m Jemma—an Australian expat, proud new mom to my daughter Sylvia, and a passionate strength instructor. As a full-time working mom, I understand the importance of carving out space for both movement and meaningful connection in daily life. Navigating major life transitions in recent years has deepened my appreciation for the role that community and group fitness play in supporting mental and physical well-being, and in creating lasting, supportive friendships.

I’m thrilled to be part of Warriors of Wellness, where I’m dedicated to helping foster an inclusive, empowering environment for all. As a plus-size fitness instructor and advocate for body-positive movement, I believe that fitness
should be accessible and welcoming—regardless of appearance, background, or experience. My classes are designed to be fun, encouraging, and focused on helping you tap into your inner strength—because sometimes, the strongest parts of us aren’t immediately visible. I can’t wait to move with you and help you feel strong, capable, and empowered.

Hi, I’m Christa—mom to Olivia (5), Onyx (2.5), and baby Omri. My journey with fitness began over 14 years ago when I started running with my sister-in-law, and what started as a fun activity quickly turned into a passion. Over time, I began participating in races and exploring different types of movement—from yoga and strength training to daily runs.

After getting married, I became more intentional about my health and wellness, knowing I wanted to be in my best shape before starting a family. That commitment has stayed with me through every stage of motherhood. Today, I’m proud to model an active lifestyle for my children, showing them that movement is a natural and important part of everyday life.

I’m thrilled to be part of Warriors of Wellness, where I hope to inspire and support fellow moms in prioritizing their health because when we care for ourselves, we’re better equipped to care for our families. No matter what season of motherhood you’re in, you deserve to feel strong, capable, and empowered.

Hi, I’m Kristin. Throughout my life, I’ve found my community through
movement—whether it was sailing, running, or kite surfing, staying active has always connected me to others and to myself. However, becoming a mom introduced a new challenge: balancing a busy career, personal interests, fitness, and quality time with my two young children.

Health, movement, and shared experiences are at the heart of my family values, so finding ways to include my kids in active routines has been essential—not only for maintaining balance, but also for modeling a lifelong commitment to wellness.

I’m excited to be part of Warriors of Wellness because it offers a space to foster connection, support, and empowerment for mothers in every stage of their journey. Together, we can build a community where wellness is not only prioritized, but celebrated.

Hi, I’m Marie—a proud mom of two little ones, with another on the way! In our home, we speak French, so if you notice a bit of an accent, that’s why! Fitness has been a meaningful part of my life since my teenage years. Although I grew up more drawn to the arts than athletics, I discovered a love for competitive sports as a teen and even competed at the national level in surf lifesaving—a fun fact I love to share!

I’m especially excited about the launch of Warriors of Wellness, because I truly believe the word “wellness” captures the heart of what this community is all about. Yoga has been my anchor throughout all stages of motherhood— mentally, spiritually, and physically—and I’m passionate about sharing its benefits with others. I’m a certified yoga instructor with additional training in pre- and postnatal yoga, and also a licensed physical therapist specializing in the care of young children and their mothers. I’ve seen firsthand how alignment —both physical and emotional—can transform well-being.

One of the reasons WOW resonates so deeply with me is the belief that children are integral members of our community. I love that my kids see me caring for myself through movement, and I understand how hard it can be to make time for wellness without a support system. That’s why I’m so thrilled to be doing this alongside you—and your little ones are always welcome, no matter how little they are.

Hi, I’m Sarah Leblanc—wife to Jon-Michael, mom to Charis and Renee, and currently expecting a baby boy. We call Louisiana home, and it’s where my passion for fitness and community truly took root. After the birth of my second daughter, I discovered a supportive group of women through group fitness classes, and that experience was life-changing. It helped me develop healthier habits, build strength, and sparked a lasting love for wellness and connection.

For four years, I owned and operated a women-focused fitness company here in Louisiana, where I received specialized training in pre- and postnatal fitness. My approach is centered on understanding and supporting the unique needs of women’s bodies, especially during and after pregnancy.

Outside of fitness, I love planning family adventures, finding fun local events, and catching up with friends over coffee. I’m so excited to connect with you and can’t wait to see you in a Zoom workout soon!
