Garden stroll and story time
Location: Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden and Bird Sanctuary
Join us for a nature-inspired story time in the garden, followed by a special wellness walk at the beautiful Eloise Butler Wildflower & Bird Sanctuary. It’s a perfect opportunity to slow down, connect, and soak in the peaceful surroundings with community.
Walking paths are narrow and covered in soft wood mulch. Strollers with wide tires are recommended.

After class, join us at the Cliff Fen Park splash pad for a refreshing cool-down and some fun in the sun. It’s a great way to relax, connect, and let the kids play while we beat the heat together!

Location: Terrance Oaks East, Burnsville
After Cardio with Christa, stick around for a delicious and kid-friendly snack—dirt pudding! It’s a fun and tasty way to wrap up our session and enjoy a little time together.
