Warrior Strength

This energizing class is designed to help you build strength, stability, and confidence from the ground up. We’ll focus on strengthening the lower body, upper body, and core through a well-rounded, thoughtfully structured workout that keeps you moving and motivated. Using resistance bands and light dumbbells, we’ll introduce a variety of movements that challenge your muscles and keep your routine fresh and fun. Whether you’re looking to build endurance, tone, or simply feel stronger in your everyday life, this class offers something for everyone. Bodyweight-only modifications are always available, making this an inclusive space for all fitness levels—whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up.
